Processing Times

Most items are made to order. Due to this the processing time can vary per item. But most items are shipped out within 3-5 business days. (Replacement Laser parts are normally shipped the next business day).

Shipping Carriers can change from order to order but are normally USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. Priority and Express shipping is available for some products and will show in checkout if available. 

Returns & Exchanges:

Do to the nature of our products being made to order and hand crafted we generally do not expect returns for a refund. But please feel free to contact us if you have any issues.

Our exchange policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Used items
  • Blemished / Oops Products that are sold “As Is”

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us prior to mailing your items back.

If an exchange is for a different item, an invoice will be made for any additional costs such as price differences and additional shipping.

Shipping Your Exchange:

To return your product, you should email us for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable.
