Most items are made to order. Due to this the processing time can vary per item. But most items are shipped out after 3-5 days processing times. (Replacement Laser parts are normally shipped next day)
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Do to the nature of our product being hand crafted per order we generally do not expect returns for a refund. But please feel free to contact us before had and we’ll see how we can help. Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a return and exchange.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Used items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email prior to mailing your items back.
If an exchange if for a different item, an invoice will be made for any additional costs such as price differences and shipping.
To return your product, you should email us for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
